I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. Get individualized macros and nutrition guidance, home or gym workouts to choose from, build new healthy habits, and have weekly accountability assessments directly from me! I have multiple programs, from simple accountability to custom 1:1 coaching.

  • My biggest tip to clients looking to lose weight and keep it off… you HAVE to make it a lifestyle. 

It has to be something you can do consistently!

Currently in AZ on vaca with the fam, but needed to get some movement in! ☀️

The kids played at the park while I got to work! 

Mama, It doesn’t have to be perfect, you’ll probably get interrupted. 

But something is better than nothing!

Workout details below ⬇️ 

Circuit - REPEAT X 4 🔁 

1. Walking lunges - find a stretch of space and get to work! If you’re limited on space, do them in the same spot!

2. Pushups! - I did assisted on the park bench, but you could use a wall or your knees on the floor! Or do some “real pushups”! 💪🏼

3. Step ups - control your weight up and down and try to only use your back foot for balance! This is great for your legs and glutes! 🍑

4. Knee raises - these are GREAT for mamas wanting to work on pelvic floor and deep core! Remember to engage core and control that pressure! You can see me really watching my core for coning. Belly button in and up to spine!
