I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. Get individualized macros and nutrition guidance, home or gym workouts to choose from, build new healthy habits, and have weekly accountability assessments directly from me! I have multiple programs, from simple accountability to custom 1:1 coaching.

Some bump date clips I’ve been keeping the last 15 weeks or so….🤰🏼

So many updates with this pregnancy, but WOW baby number 3 really just makes an appearance QUICK! 

I swear by the end of the day at 8 weeks pregnant I looked like I did at 20 weeks! 🤭

No real cravings at the point, but fresh veggies and fruit are always a favorite of mine. 

The first trimester was bumpy. I was off and on nauseous all day, and it really didn’t matter what I did/ate.

I also got Influenza, Pneumonia and a sinus infection at 5 weeks pregnant and was sooo sick for about 3 weeks which was miserable!! I was really limited on what meds I could take and what I could do…plus I was growing a baby…10/10 don’t recommend!!

I have been keeping up with my workouts as much as possible and focusing on eating protein and nutrient dense foods. 

We still don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl, but will be finding out soon! Part of me thinks it’s a girl, but 🤷🏼‍♀️🩷💙
