I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. Get individualized macros and nutrition guidance, home or gym workouts to choose from, build new healthy habits, and have weekly accountability assessments directly from me! I have multiple programs, from simple accountability to custom 1:1 coaching.

  • I was at the gym this week, fighting back tears through my entire workout.

Truth is, I don’t feel like myself.

I look in the mirror and don’t recognize the person looking back at me. Who is she?

She is soft.
She feels weak.
Weights that used to be a warmup for her feel heavy.
She’s not confident walking through the gym.
It feels foreign.

But the reality is, it is me…
This is just one of many chapters in life. 

Maybe god is giving me this struggle because he is teaching me something?

Maybe it’s so I can use my gift and help other women in similar situations even better. 

Either way, even though it’s hard…I’m going to do exactly what I know I need to do.

I’m leaning into it.
I’m embracing the suck.
And I’m putting in the work to build back every piece of what I lost.

Because as hard as it is, and as much as I want to have a pity party for myself, nothing changes if nothing changes.

So here I am, embracing every hard moment and pushing forward, playing out a chapter that is already written, knowing it is shaping me knowing it is shaping me into the woman I’m meant to become.

And maybe that’s the reminder someone else needs today too.

Not every season is a season of growth on the outside.

Some seasons are about rebuilding.

Some seasons are about humility.

Some seasons are about learning to love yourself when you’re not at your best.

If you’re in a chapter where you feel disconnected from the person you used to be, I want you to know you’re not alone.

The strongest women I know aren’t the ones who never fall behind.

They’re the ones who keep showing up when they do.

One workout.

One meal.

One decision.

One day at a time.

Your comeback isn’t built in the moments when everything feels easy.

It’s built in the moments when you want to quit but choose not to.

And that’s exactly what I’m choosing today.
