I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. These are some of my go-to staples that we always keep stocked to make our favorite family meals!

Protein is a must in our house—it helps us feel our best and stay energized, so finding lean, high-quality options at a great price is a win-win. 💪🏼

Mom tip: If your kids are snack monsters like mine, try upping the protein in their meals! Greek yogurt, lean ground beef, or even cottage cheese (I sneak it into pancakes all the time 🤫) can help keep them fuller, longer and helps prevent meltdowns! 👏🏼

Also—major win—I spotted my fave @1stphorm Level-1 Bars at Costco! Had to grab a box. The Peanut Butter Pretzel flavor is a family favorite… the pretzel crunch is everything. 🥨

  • What is something ridiculous you were told not to do or to do while pregnant?? ⬇️

As far as workouts and lifting while pregnant goes…I will not be following those “suggestions”. I have lifted for years and continued to lift through my other two pregnancies. If you did it before being pregnant, it should be safe to do while pregnant unless specifically advised by your doctor for a medical purpose.

The scale…I gained about 25lbs with my first, and only 16lbs with my second. This pregnancy I am up about 15lbs so far and am 23weeks. Do I think the scale matters the most, no…but I do think it is a great tool to use for information to determine if any adjustments need to be made to your lifestyle. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. I’m primarily focusing on staying active and strong while using the scale as a tool as needed. 

My boobs 🍈🍈…I got them done about a year ago now because I didn’t think we would be having another 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Do I think it will ruin my boobs…nope! Will they be the same.. no clue! Guess we will find out!

Supplements - it depends on the supplement! Obviously some are out, but I’m still taking things like protein, magnesium, greens and probiotics, creatine, omega3s and my micronutrients daily! Healthy mama = healthy babe 🫶🏼💪🏼
