I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. Get individualized macros and nutrition guidance, home or gym workouts to choose from, build new healthy habits, and have weekly accountability assessments directly from me! I have multiple programs, from simple accountability to custom 1:1 coaching.

Right now I’m in a calorie deficit, but I’m not under-eating.
I’m prioritizing protein + fiber so I can:
• Build & maintain lean muscle
• Stay full and satisfied
• Support fat loss without feeling depleted

Protein helps shape and define your physique.
Fiber keeps blood sugar stable, digestion happy, and cravings in check.

This is exactly how I eat as a mom of 3, 4 months postpartum while working toward a toned, strong body.
