I’m Brittany, a coffee-loving mom of two little ones and a wife who works as a fitness and nutrition coach. I help busy moms get in shape, lose weight, and feel great about themselves through effective workouts and healthy habits. My approach focuses on real results, not quick fixes. Get individualized macros and nutrition guidance, home or gym workouts to choose from, build new healthy habits, and have weekly accountability assessments directly from me!   • I’m being honest… starting my fitness journey again at 11 weeks postpartum looks a LOT different than the first time.

Back then I chased:
❌ restrictive diets
❌ endless cardio
❌ “get smaller” goals
❌ perfection over consistency

All it did was leave me exhausted, discouraged, and feeling like I had to EARN my food or my worth.

This time?
I’m choosing differently.

👉🏼 I’m walking straight into the weight section.
Even if my strength isn’t where it used to be.
Even if I’m moving slower.
Even if things feel unfamiliar after pregnancy and birth.

Because strength training gives me:
